ZEC Electrical Contact Grease

FOVAC® ZEC Electrical Contact Grease is an extremely high-quality contact lubricant incorporating micro-sized zinc powder based on lithium complex grease that not only improves electrical conductivity between all types of contacts and moving points but also prevents sparking. Sparking can erode the contact point and also cause extreme heat build-up that usually causes insulation failure around the contact area.

FOVAC ® ZEC micro-size zinc powder, which has a very high electrical conductivity, serves to improve the contact between two contact surfaces to give a resistance-free current flow, and a special additive present reduces friction, oxidation, and galvanic corrosion. FOVAC ® ZEC is also used on huge electric motors, where it increases the conduction of the motors and generators.
