LCC Grease EP 2 [Lithium/Calcium Base]

FOVAC® LCC Grease EP2 is an extreme pressure Lithium Calcium soap thickened greases formulated from high viscosity mineral oils, superior fats/fatty acids, and a synergistic blend of additives and performance boosters.

FOVAC® LCC exhibits optimum shear stability, low oil separation, and good rust and oxidation inhibiting properties. Its water washout and spray-off resistance is suited for use in food plants, mining operations, marine applications, oil rigs, paper mills (in which machinery undergoes frequent or prolonged exposure to water), and in the wheel bearings of vehicles and trailers frequently exposed to water, mud, snow or ice.

FOVAC® LCC derives its superior wet-duty performance from its special additives with peerless cohesiveness and adhesiveness. It gives good protection against water because the grease holds together when exposed to water and clings tenaciously to metal surfaces even when wet. Components remain protected during prolonged exposure to standing water or exposure to pressurized water.

FOVAC® LCC has a smooth texture and dropping point above 180ºC to ensure adequate performance in a wide range of industrial and automotive applications. They exhibit excellent film-forming characteristics and are therefore also effective as protective greases for chassis and other applications.
