3 FOODGUARD Clear Grease 2 InfoFOODGUARD Clear Grease 2 is a synthetic translucent gel-like grease suitable for a wide range of applications in the Food, Drink and Pharmaceutical industries or where a clean lubricating grease is desired. FOODGUARD Clear Grease 2 is non-melting, non-toxic and is suitable for the lubrication of plain and rolling element bearings as well as for the lubrication of plastic components and O rings. The inclusion of PTFE provides good anti-wear properties. 10 FOODGUARD High Temp 2 Grease InfoFOODGUARD 3H Direct Contact Grease is designed as a wide temperature non toxic grease, containing anti-wear and other additives. FOODGUARD 3H Direct Contact Grease is suitable for all plain and anti-friction bearings as well as sliding surfaces. This product is designed for use as a Release Agent (3H) on grills, ovens, loaf pans, boning benches, chopping boards, or other hard surfaces in contact with meat and poultry food products to prevent food from adhering during processing. 1 FOODGUARD HT 300 High Temp Chain Oil InfoFOODGUARD HT 300 food grade high temperature NSF H1 registered chain lubricant is based on highly polar biodegradable base oil and is inhibited against oxidation to give a long wet film life at high temperatures. The highly polar molecules strongly adhere to the surface and withstand high temperatures, at the same time separating the moving parts due to its highly viscous lubricating film maintained at these high temperatures. 2 FOODGUARD Bakers Aide InfoFOODGUARD Bakers Aide is formulated from high grade graphite in water containing dispersing and binding agents, and can be diluted and applied leaving a dry film lubricant suitable for lubrication of oven chains. FOODGUARD Bakers Aide is designed for the lubrication of conveyor chains running continuously at high temperatures, up to 550°C as dry film lubricant, on textile stenters, drying machines, bakery ovens and on paint stoving ovens. 6 FOODGUARD Gear Oils InfoFOODGUARD Gear Oils are PAO based, ultra-shear, fully synthetic food grade gear oils particularly suited for the lubrication of drive chains, conveyor chains, gearboxes and reduction units. Ensure the correct recommended ISO grade is used for each gearbox. FOODGUARD Gear Oils contain special additives that extend re-lubrication intervals.
