Super Grease Gun |
InfoFOVAC® F1215 Super grease gun is to apply lubricant through an aperture to a specific point, usually on a grease fitting or “nipple”. The channels behind the grease nipple lead to where the lubrication is needed. The aperture may be of a type that fits closely with a receiving aperture on any number of mechanical devices. The close fitting of the apertures ensures that lubricant is applied only where needed. FOzVAC ® F1215 Heavy-Duty Grease Gun creates up to 10,000 psi of pressure for heavy applications. The grease gun features a short stroke for tight work areas, and the base is removable for convenience. The aluminum gun includes a non-slip vinyl grip and uses a standard 400gm (14 oz). cartridge (cartridge sold separately).

LUBESITE Single Point Automatic Grease Lubricator |
InfoLubeSite Series is a single point spring operated automatic grease lubricator which feature a clear, polycarbonate reservoir and base. This design allows for a visual inspection of the units’ internal workings. The 200 Series units should be specified for applications with minimal vibration, impact, shock, high-torque or centrifugal forces. Units are assembled with medium springs (three additional light and heavy springs are included in each box of ten). An extra heavy (orange) spring is available for applications requiring the use of an extension or for higher pressure flushing applications. |

Automatic Grease Pump |
InfoThis Bijur DS pump is a 24V DC electrically operated, piston pump, intended for pumping lubricating grease in small progressive systems. With its compact design, and disposable FOVAC BT grease cartridge, it will integrate into a machine tool perfectly. As the motor rotates, the eccentrically mounted connecting rod, moves the piston in a reciprocating motion. The stroke of the piston, and hence the delivery of the pump, is dictated by the degree of offset on the eccentric plate. As the piston moves forward, the grease in the metering chamber is pushed forward. Once the piston passes the grease inlet hole, the remaining grease is pushed through the check valve, and out into the main lubrication line. The return of the piston draws in grease from the reservoir, while the check valve prevents any grease from being sucked back through the outlet |
