Algaecide LF/LF2 [Biocide]

FOVAC_® Algaecide LF and LF2 is a pale yellow colored Biocide formulation designed to combat a wide range of bacteria, fungi, yeast, and algae in both commercial and industrial cooling systems. This growth thrives because of the abundance of water and sunlight, but besides becoming a health hazard, it also creates problems that restrict water flow and hinder heat exchange.

FOVAC _® Algaecide is readily diluted in water or added directly into the cooling system water for immediate function. Microbiological fouling, slimes, and other fungal growth that is commonly found in all cooling systems greatly reduce the efficiency of the system by clogging up filter materials and the suction pump inlet.

Without FOVAC _® Algaecide, periodic physical cleaning has to be done which involves labor and downtime costs. Using FOVAC _® Algaecide, a clean, trouble-free cooling system is maintained to its highest efficiency.
