AUC Ultraclean Grease

FOVAC® AUC Ultraclean Grease is a low-vapor-pressure and ultraclean synthetic lubricant made in a meticulous process that virtually eliminates the risk of lubricant-related contamination in cleanrooms and vacuum environments. It is formulated from perfluoropolyether (PTPE) oil and thickened with fluorinated polymers to provide a high lubricating film, superior load-carrying capability, and is suitable for high load/temperature applications. The low vapor pressure and little or no particulate contamination are the keys to ultraclean lubricants.
